Cooking for the RV life is NOT the same as cooking in a sticks & bricks home. The counters are tiny, there is no storage, and we want to cook outside whenever we can. We need our own cookbooks. And of course, that means I wanted to create one. 

I do have fun in the kitchen BUT it's sure not my strength. LOL! That's why I approached my friend Chef Paul Crawford.  He creates the recipes, I type the words.

To me, the best part of our RV lives is finding new places and spaces to explore BUT I quickly found that all the memories I was creating were disappearing into the back of my mind.  That is why I created RV Travel Weekly Journal. It's a place we can collect (and remember!) the high's and low's of our travel weeks.
